En Holdings Pte Ltd was established in February 2000 with the birth of its first outlet, En Japanese Dining Bar in Singapore. Helmed by a family team, Raymond Ng, Peter Ng and Mayumi Matayoshi, was brought together by their mutual love and passion for Japanese food. Brothers Raymond & Peter, together with Mayumi Matayoshi a native from Okinawa, having spent their childhood and a greater part of their life in an often more unknown part of Japan knew they had to show the world what this exotic place could offer.

A very first venture for the group, En Japanese Dining Bar was started in December 2000. Proving to be an instant hit among its pool of customers and faithful patrons, a 2nd outlet in Singapore was opened in 2007 that now reaches to a neighborhood audience in Bukit Timah as well. The 3rd outlet at Parco Marina Bay was officially open in 2012.

 

 

A playful twist to the word En, Z’en (a sister outlet of En Japanese Dining Bar), as its name suggest, is a mean to reaching a calm and tranquil sense of being. Reflecting this philosophy in our food culture, our executive chef hailing from Japan, combines the traditional with a touch of modern to create some of Z’en’s hugely popular signature dishes while keeping it neat, clean & uncomplicated. 

 

 

A newest addition to our establishment, En Grill & Bar, joins the ranks of En Japanese Dining Bar & Z’en Japanese Cuisine in Singapore spurring the opening of another outlet under the same name in Shanghai.The Japanese in particular, have an affinity with fire. The age-old tradition of Japanese grilled foods or Yakimono include skewered and grilled items.

Sun - Thu & PH : 4 pm to 12 am (midnight)
Fri / Sat & Eve of PH :

4 pm to 3 am (Mini. 1 day per week)

4 pm to 12 am OR 7 pm to 3am

En Japanese Dining Bar@Bukit Timah  

Mon - Fri : 4 pm to 11 pm
Sat / Sum & PH :10:30 am to 3 pm AND 5 pm to 11 pm

Location : 557 Bukit Timah Rd Crown Centre #01-14/16

 

En Japanese Dining Bar@Marina Bay  

Mon - Sun : 10 am to 10 pm (inclusive of 2 hours break)
Location : 9 Raffles Boulevard Millenia Walk Itadakimsu #03-05

All are based on 6 rotational rest day / month

Working Conditions for the Employment Pattern below: 

 

FULL TIME STAFF

*The shift patterns are depend on the each restaurant.

*Salary will commensurate with working hours and experience.

*Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays 

*Paid leave / Variable Bonus / Annual Increments / Good Career progressions 

*Staff meal will be provided for the relevant shift work.

*Transportation provided for late shift (later than 12 midnight)

*Medical benefits and other incentives given 

*Uniforms provided 

*Relevant skills and experience will be an added advantage 

 

PART TIME STAFF

*$6.50 - $10 (based on experience)

*The shift patterns are depend on the each restaurant.
*More than 5 hrs / day during working hrs 

*More than 3 days work / week

*Staff meal provided, 

*Transportation provided for late shift (later than 12 midnight)
*No experience required (experiences would be an advantage) 

*Able to work on weekends and public holidays
