The Group operates a chain of restaurants in Singapore serving authentic Japanese fare under various brands such as “Ajisen Ramen”, “Aoba”, “Botejyu”, “Kazokutei” and “Menya Musashi” as well as concept stalls under the “Botejyu Yatai” and “Ajisen Ramen” brands in selected food courts in Singapore.

Outlet Manager

$2,500 - $3,300 / month

 

*Rotating shifts, include weekends / public holidays

*Minimum 3 years working experience in F&B

*Applicant with relevant F&B experience will gain an advantage 

Management Trainee

$1,800 - $2,200 / month

 

*Few patterns shifts between: 10 am~10 pm  

 

*No experience required as training provided 

*Applicant with relevant F&B experience will gain an advantage 

Full time Service Crew

$1,900 - $2,200 / month

 

*Few patterns shifts between: 10 am~10 pm  

*Rotating shifts, include weekends / public holidays

Full time Kitchen Crew/ Cook

$1,950 - $2,400 / month

Terms and Condition: -

1)This employment contract period begins from 26 June 2016 to 26 Sept 2016 (3 months only). After 26 Sept 2016, it will revert back to the original part-time rate at $7/ hour

2)Basic Hourly rate $9 per hour inclusive of weekends

3)Must be able to commit to work on weekends and eve of public holidays and public holidays

4)Schedule hours to fulfill is minimum 120 hours per month

5)Must be punctual and can’t be late to work more than 3 times per month

6)Must follow your working schedule as per time table arranged by the Manager from time to time

7)If the employee works on a public holidays, he/she shall be given double pay on that day

8)If you fail to fulfill the terms and conditions, the part time hourly rate will be remained unchanged which would be $7/ hour

$1,400 - $1,630 / month

Botejyu was founded in 1946 in the gourmet city of Tamade, Osaka. Since then, our restaurant name has been protected as a registered trademark for over 60 years.The name “Botejyu” is derived from the rhythmic cooking sound of okonomiyaki. The first part of the name, “bote” comes from the flipping sound of an okonomiyaki being turned over with a metal spatula. The second part of the name, “jyu” represents the sound of the okonomiyaki sizzling on the teppan grill.

Kazokutei offers udon from both eastern and western Japan, with 2 different types of soup bases. Kokudashi Udon is from Eastern Japan where katsuo bushi (dried bonito) is typically used to make a stronger flavoured soup, while Shira Dashi Udon is from Western Japan where konbu (sea tangle) is generally used to make a sweeter taste soup.

Credited as the pioneer of a new ramen culture in Japan, they strive to bring new experiences to customers through their revolutionary ramen.
