In Singapore, the first Long John Silver’s restaurant was opened in 1983 in response to the growing consumer demand for quick service restaurants.

Long John Silver’s unique concept of serving up signature batter-dipped fish, chicken and shrimp cooked in 100% high-quality canola oil has not only secured the position as one of the key players in the local fast food arena but also has enjoyed great patronage by the young and vibrant generation aged 15-35.

①Asst Manager

 S$1800 - S$2400/ month

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Manage a team of Full time and Part time crew members in your assigned restaurant
  • Assist in Training and Development for new hires in terms of kitchen, counter and dining operations for business growth
  • In-charge of stock check & ordering, confirm the condition of all delivery items are within specifications, and ensure proper storage of all stocks
  • Responsible for the sales and cash float used during the shift, comply with all the Finance and Operations Department cash-handling policies
  • Provide service excellence to our customers and able to handle complaints, performing service recovery and giving recognition to staff based on customer compliments
  • Oversee that all equipment of the entire restaurant are fully-functioning, taking initiative for simple repair works where necessary
  • Undertake any operation related duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager

 

Requirements:-

  • Minimum GCE N Level with minimum 1 year full time experience with an F&B player, 
  • OR At least 2 years of supervisory work experience in any QSR (Quick Service Restaurants)
  • Proficient in spoken and/or written English
  • Must be punctual for work

②Restaurant Floor Manager

 S$1600 - $1800/month & above

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Assist in managing to ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant in terms of Kitchen, Counter and Dining for business growth
  • Assist in stock inventory to ensure products are sufficient and not expired
  • Able to handle complains to provide service excellence to all customers
  • Undertake any operation related duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager

 

Requirements:-

  • Minimum GCE N Level
  • Minimum 1 full year experience with an F&B player
  • Proficient in spoken and/or written English
  • Must be punctual for work
  • Applicant with prior supervisory experiences would have an-added advantage

③Kitchen / Service Crew (Part-time / Full-time)

Wage range: S$6 - S$7/ hour & above

Full-time: Salary range: S$1000/ month & above

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Food Preparation – to prepare and ensure there are sufficient food items and non-food items to serve to customers
  • Inventory – basic stock check (condition and expiry of products)
  • Cooking – responsible for checking of oil condition, follow standard of procedures for frying and grilling of food and other food items
  • Kitchen Condition– responsible to ensure food hygiene and cleanness of the kitchen to provide safety to both our company employees and customers
  • Report immediately to the duty store manager for any unusual incidents that may cause harm to other employees or to the company’s brand
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager

  • Hardworking and meticulous in work

*Long-Term Visit Pass+(LTVP+) 

The Long Term Visit Pass-Plus (LTVP+) scheme, which comes into effect on 1 April 2012,  is designed for foreign spouses of Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR). Foreign spouses of SCs who submit applications for LTVP would automatically be considered for LTVP+ if they are eligible.
