Permanent Supervisor/ Kitchen Staff / Service Staff / Casher / Dishwasher 

*From $1300 ~ $2300 / month (Depending on experience)
 

*8 hrs / 9 hrs / day, 6 days / week

*Few patterns shifts between: 8 am~10 pm  

*Rotating shifts, include weekends / public holidays
 


*6 rotational rest day / month


*No experience required as training provided 

(Min. 2 years experience for Casher)

*Able to work in any outlet or other locations in the future.

*Applicant with relevant F&B experience will gain an advantage 

*Training in Japan and Thailand in future (First batch will go to Thailand training for 1 month, supervisor training 2 months) 

Part-Time Kitchen Staff / Service Staff / Dishwasher

*$6 ~ $8 / hr (Depending on experience) 


*More than 5 hrs / day during working hrs (8am ~ 10 pm) 

*More than 3 days work / week

*Able to work on weekends and public holidays 

*Able to work in any outlet or other locations in the future.


*No experience required as training provided

*Applicant with relevant F&B experience will gain an advantage

*Housewives and students are welcomed 

Job description

【Kitchen Staff】

•Cooking

•Inventory management

•Suki, Dim Sum, Desert Section / Poultry & Meat Process

•Daily Cleaning

【Service Staff】

•Reception

•Presentation of menu

•Suggestion and recommendation of menu choices

•Taking and serving orders

•Casher

•Daily cleaning

【Casher】

•Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.

•Compute and record totals of transactions.

•Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

•Greet customers entering establishments.

•Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

•Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.

•Accept reservations or requests for take-out orders.

•Cash checks for customers.

•Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.

•Casher related matters.

【Dishwasher】

•Busser

•Clearing dishes

•Washing dishes (using dishes washing machine)

•Storing the tableware into the storage in the kitchen

•Maintain quality, service& cleanliness according to MK’s standards 

Location : 

First outlet: 313 Orchard ( Opening at June 2013)

Staff meals (or allowance), uniform, Medical, Dental, Attendance allowance, PH allowance, OT1.5, Yearly bonus, Yearly attendance allowance, Best staff award, recommence staff allowance, Oversea trip award, Special leave for funerals will be provided.
