We want the people in Singapore to enjoy fresh, tasty and authentic sushi at their leisure.In order to realise this purpose, we will be opening the first takeaway sushi shop "CHIYODA SUSHI" at PLAZA SINGAPURA.

Chiyoda Sushi has been established in Japan for 65 years and has 200 outlets.We will leverage the following three strengths to provide excitement to all our customers.

1. Commitment to genuine ingredients

We cook by drawing out the natural ‘umami’ of the ingredients to the maximum extent possible. This is the basis of Japanese cuisine.

This can only be achieved by using authentic ingredients and serving them to our customers.Our buyers strictly select ingredients from Japan's largest fish market, the Toyosu Market, and we ship them directly by air.

2. Commitment to technique

We are committed to providing the best in cutting, nigiri, cooking and freshness control in Singapore.In order to continue to provide these genuine techniques in Singapore, Japanese sushi chef are assigned and undergo rigorous training.Only specialists who have undergone this training will be deployed in our restaurants to provide authentic sushi.

3. Commitment to casualness

We will sell authentic sushi at affordable prices through our ability to procure ingredients by utilizing the scale of our 200 shops in Japan.In addition to affordable prices, we also offer casual fusion sushi that can be enjoyed as a snack.

We will also offer casual fusion sushi, which can be enjoyed like a snack, so that customers can enjoy sushi casually.
