Job Description
(For Service Staff)
- Tending the queue
- Handle payment transactions / complaints
- Attend to customer needs as and when
- Replenish breads, crosscheck and delivery of orders
- Prepare coffee or other beverages as per order
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by the manager such as housekeeping
(For Bakery Staff)
- Japanese bakery concept require handling of pork and beef
- Pack & top up of breads
- Dough mounding into shape, icing, toppings, bread fillings
- Operate ovens for bread baking.
- Maintain the upkeep of the bakery
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
