Japan Gourmet Hall SORA is the New Japanese Food Concept @ T2 Changi Airport
Airline operator ANA Holdings has set up a Gourmet Hall dedicated to Japanese fare in Singapore’s Changi Airport T2 in November 2017.
It is operated under a joint venture between unit All Nippon Airways Trading and a well established local business.
The 7,760 sq ft space, which seats about 300 diners, is the largest restaurant across the four terminals in Changi Airport.
The dining enclave, which is located at the public area on Level 3, houses six Japanese restaurant brands that serve up an oishii line-up of food including tendon, ramen, kaisendon, okonomiyaki and Nippon-inspired desserts and beverages.
Locals and international travellers will be able to enjoy the best of Japanese cuisines and check out at one go.
