TASKS & RESPONSIBLITIES:
・Clean food waste on the crockery (plate, bowl, spoon, etc) before putting inside the dishwashing machine
・Place all the crockery into dishwasher for cleaning and remove when cleaned
・Drain, arrange and deliver cleaned crockery to kitchen, kaiten, sevice area
・Throw rubbish; sweep and mop the floors
・Assist kitchen area for simple task (if needed during off peak hour)
・Clean toilet (if any)
・To perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Chef / Manager
