TASKS & RESPONSIBLITIES:
1) Sushi making – Prepare sushi, cut & remove fish skin
2) Maki making – Prepare maki, slice prawn and cucumber etc
3) Sashimi (Fish Cutter) – Slice fish and prepare frozen food, timely food quality & stock check
4) Preparation – Top up sushi rice, arrange and prepare fish-related item to the take away counter
5) Other duties – Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Chef/Manger
