2) KITCHEN STAFF

TASKS & RESPONSIBLITIES: 

1) Age Station – Prepare age/fried items 

2) Grill Station – Prepare sauces and grill & yaki menu 

3) Setter Station – Final check of food orders 

4) Food Preparation / Standby Station – Food cutting and prepare chawanmushi,miso soup and rice etc.

5) Other duties – Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Chef
