Founded 52 years ago, "Royal Host" is a Japanese Western-style restaurant that currently operates more than 200 outlets.It is a restaurant characterized by carefully selected ingredients prepared with reliable techniques and pleasant, heartfelt service (Omotenashi).

① Assistant Store Manager

From $3,000～$3,500/month
*depending on experience

*depend on experience / ability of Japanese communication

Responsibilities

•handle store operations

•lead and guide a team of Servers

•handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved

•provide excellent service experience to all customers

•handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner

•ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines

•ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to

•guide and monitor work performance of all staff

Requirements

•Diploma

*Able to liaise with Japanese speaking staff & clients.

(must be able to liaise with Japanese speaking staff and management.)

*To launch the new outlets and run them here in Singapore as an Outlet Manager with Japanese management.

•at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the food and beverage industry 

(experience in Japanese F&B will be an added advantage)

•quality-driven and customer-centric

•ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•5 days per week (able to work on weekends and public holidays)

② Assistant Kitchen Manager

From $3,000～$3,500/month
*depending on experience

③ Full Time Kitchen Crew / Service Crew

Basic Salary From $2,100～$3,000/month
*depending on experience

•1 year of working experience in a similar capacity in the food and beverage industry 

(experience in Japanese F&B will be an added advantage)

•Quality-focused and passionate in food preparation

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•5 days per week (able to work on weekends and public holidays)

Full-Time Benefits:

*Overtime 1.5 times

•Staff Meals provided

Working hours / working days :

Mon - Fri : 7 am - 11 pm (Shift)

Sat - Sun/PH : 7 am - 12 midnight (Shift)

*5 days / week (44 hours a week)
