At Saizeriya, we continually review our quality management systems to enable our customers to eat food that is completely safe,

and pursue safety to the highest level in all aspects of our food business.Our ingredients undergo safety inspections both in-house and externally, with specialist staff visiting the production sites of our most important ingredients to confirm quality control methods and other information.At our plants, to maintain safe food production, we implement periodical inspections and checks, and all cooking and processing in restaurants are carried out according to the strict instructions in our manuals.

  In addition, we are working to maintain a solid financial structure that will support stronger quality management measures, and continuing to pursue safety in all aspects of our food business.

【Full-Time Kitchen Crew/ Cook】

*From $1950 - $2500 / month (based on experience) 

 

*No experience required.

*6-day work week (44 hours a week)

*Overtime 1.5 times

*Up to $1,400/yr Attendance Incentives

*Performance bonus

*Medical & Dental coverage

*Staff meal provided

 

<Job description>

1).To strictly follow the SOP in every station in the kitchen.

2).To practice Total Hygiene in food preparation at all times.

3).To abide by the dress code, including keeping your hair within reasonable length, in accordance with the guide book for kitchen SOP.

4).Follow the schedule of work in the kitchen, diligently and punctual to start work.

5).Ensure that all food prepare, follow strictly to the recipes consistently.

6).To be discipline with “waste control management” guided by the kitchen Manager or Supervisor.

7).Execute proper “Thawing” process procedures from the freezer to the chiller.

8).Ensure all food products have production dates, to be use dates and expiry dates.

9).To practice personal hygiene always, especially when after visiting the washroom.

10).To wear uniform and hairnets/cap at all times during working hours in the kitchen.

11).Safety boots must always be worn.

12).Report sick if you are feeling unwell, to the Manager on duty.

3).Neat and tidy hairstyle.

4).Discipline in attendance and punctuality of work.

5).Fully responsible to provide customers with the best dining experience always.

6).To fully understand the Saizeriya Menu and be able to do effective “suggestive selling”.

7).Must always have good team work among follow workers and respect your Managers.

8).To provide positive feedback to Managers in order to improve work process and increase productivity.
