Job position and salary, based on experience.

Timing/Shifts: 6 Days Work Week (including P.H)

Responsibilities:

•Ensure food quality is up to company's standards at all times

•Assist in monthly inventory stock take and upkeep record of food wastage

•Assist in daily purchasing and receiving of goods.

Salary based on experience.

*Food and Hygiene Certificate will be advantageous.

Timing/Shifts: 6 Days Work Week (including P.H)

Working Hours: 9am - 11 pm (Rotating Shift 5-12hours: 44hours / week + OT)

Responsibilities

- In charge of food items.

- follow the cooking recipe Standard of Procedures.

- Ensure areas of responsibility are clean, tidy and organized.

- Assist in daily purchasing and receiving of goods

- Ensure freshness of ingredients.

- Possess a valid Hygiene Certificate.

* No prior experience is required; as training will be provided.

* Bilingual in English and Mandarin; to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
