terra Tokyo Italian is the MICHELIN 1 star Japanese Itarian Restaurant by a SINGAPOREAN EXECUTIVE Chef at Tanjong Pagar.

We are looking for the following positions!

① Senior Chef

S$2,800 - S$3,000 / month and above (based on experience).

 

Experience of Japanese or European restaurant required.

More than 3 years experience preferred.

Advantageous ability to liaise English & Japanese.

 

② Commis cook

S$2,300 - S$2,600 / month and above (based on experience).

 

Experience in F & B required.

Advantageous ability to liaise English & Japanese.

 

 Junior Chef

S$2,200 - S$2,500 / month and above (based on experience).

 

Experience in F & B required.

Advantageous ability to liaise English & Japanese.

④ Full-Time Service Crew

S$2,500 - S$2,800 / month and above (based on experience).

Experience in F & B required.

Advantageous ability to liaise English & Japanese.
Advantageous Sommelier experience.

Welcome who want to become a sommelier to learn.

Working hours

Mondays to Fridays : 

10am - 3pm, 5pm-10:30pm

Saturdays : 3:30pm - 10:30pm

Sundays : Not working

Responsibilities / Requirement

 

Responsibilities / Requirement for Kitchen Crew

*Manage daily preparations of food items for a station in kitchen and cooking and planting all food order in an efficient, healthful and attractive manner as to meet the daily business standard.

*Collaborate well with the chef and cooks to prepare meals during busy dining hours to achieve maximum outcome to meet the daily budget.

*Follow all safety procedures and sanitary regulations to meet the requirement of local health department and laws.

*Ensure food preparation area and kitchen are cleared and sanitized at the end of the shift to maintain a clean working environment.

*Ensure all Equipment always in right conditions, report to chef when any faulty occurs to assure right method can be apply in short period of time without compromised the daily business.

Responsibilities / Requirement for Service Crew

*Ensure good service and attitude and to create a welcoming environment for guests to enjoy their time at the outlet to achieve better sales and reputation.

*Satisfy guests’ needs with proficiency in order-taking, service greetings and efficient delivery of food.

*Show initiative by pre-empting guests needs to achieve better service standards for great customer service.

*Train part timers to increase guest satisfaction with Japanese food knowledge, food quality and solving major complaints with proper or outstanding daily services.

*Ensure cleanliness of outlet with daily cleaning, and turning over tables efficiently without compromising on cleanliness to the satisfaction of guests.
